We returned in September 2011 and drove down the coast from Washington State to San Diego.
We met Melanie and family in Monterey and drove down the Big Sur in the south. Just like the Great Ocean Road but a lot longer. The name came from the Spanish when they occupied the area and called it 'the big land in the south'. Melanie went to Disneyland while we returned to the boat in San Diego. Lots of work to be done before we leave for Mexico at the end of November.
